Service Description: LBRS Address points for Franklin County with a 7 mile buffer (of COTA taxing district) showing data pulled from surrounding counties. This file follows the OGRIP/ODOT LBRS specs that can be found here: http://ogrip.oit.ohio.gov/ProjectsInitiatives/LBRS.aspx
The Franklin LBRS file is managed by MORPC but updated by the local communities. For ODOT purposes, MORPC is only responsibe for the Franklin County portion of this file. The data outside of the county boundary is only updated 2x a year to assist municipalities whose boundaries extend outside.
